Volunteer before the sale:  Distribute 300 flyers in the three weeks leading up to the sale, this counts as one 4-hour volunteer shift (early volunteer shopping time and extra 5% if your are a consignor). Sign up by clicking on Volunteer Registration below.

Barter Opportunities: If you don't have time to volunteer and are not consigning this is a way to get into the volunteer presale. There are opportunities to provide gift cards in $25 denominations or books of stamps as a way to shop early. These must be mailed to Jack & Jill Consignment (P.O. Box 14989, Mill Creek, WA 98082) by March 23rd. Sign up by clicking on Volunteer Registration below.

      
          

Please note: You may sign up for multiple shifts, but they cannot overlap as we need the number of volunteers in each time slot for the exact times scheduled. Please contact us if you have any scheduling questions.

Volunteer Benefits

• Volunteers have the opportunity to pre-shop the sale before consignors and the general public starting at 5:30 pm on Friday, March 30th. 
• Consignors who volunteer 4  hours receive an additional 5% on their sales
  - that's 70% total!
• Consignors who volunteer 8 hours receive an additional 10% of their sales
  - that's 75% total!
  
• Volunteers get to sign up for the times that work best for their schedule.

• Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you'll be on your feet and moving around quite a bit helping in your respective volunteer position.
  
• It is important that each person show up on time and stay for their full shift, failure to do so will forfeit your additional 5% or 10%  in sales as a consignor.
• We are unable to accommodate children during volunteer shifts, please arrange for childcare during this time.
• Duties will include setting up, inspection of items, putting clothing and other items out on the sales floor, organizing and making sure merchandise is in it's proper place, greeting, cleaning up, etc.
  

• Cancel or change your volunteer shift online as soon as possible.

• If we are not notified and you do not show up for your shift, you will not be able to volunteer at any future sales.
