We have a great barcoded tagging system that allows you as the consignor
to input all of your items and tag them at home before coming to the sale!

Tagging system will be available until 11:59pm on May 8, 2017 . All items must be entered into the system by this time, you may still print tags out after the system closes but will not be able to enter any additional items or make changes.

  • All tags must be printed out on white or cream colored card stock, regular printer paper tears too easily and may cause your tag to be separated from your item. We will not accept any tags printed on regular printer paper.
  • Do not resize the tags as the bar codes won't scan properly, please print them at actual size. Also, be sure that your bar codes are clear so that they scan properly (ie. don't use a high resolution print setting).
  • Tags print best using Internet Explorer and you will need to disable your pop-up blocker since the tags will open in a new window.
  • All items must be priced in whole dollar increments and no less than $2.00.
  • Be sure your items have good descriptions in case the tag becomes separated from the item. Include the brand, # of pieces, color, etc. An example would be: "Gymboree Spring Fun 2pc, pink top, floral pants"
  • Tags can be attached to clothing using a tagging gun or with safety pins (absolutely no straight pins). It is best to attach tags to the sizing tag on the clothing item or in a seam if you're using a tagging gun so the fabric isn't damaged—do not put pins or barbs through knit fabrics. It is important the tags are attached to the clothing and not the hanger. If a tag becomes separated from an item it will be placed in the lost and found for our consignors to look through during pick up, if not claimed the item will be donated.

  • Clear packing tape is great for attaching tags to hard surfaces and Ziploc bags, just be sure you don't tape over the bar code as this presents difficulty for our scanners at checkout.
  • Blue painters tape works well for taping tags onto delicate items like books, DVDs, puzzles, etc. as it won't damage the surface.
  • Large equipment will have special claim tickets to be attached at drop off. If you are selling strollers, baby equipment (swings, bouncers, pack n plays, exersaucers, etc.), furniture, and large toys DO NOT ATTACH YOUR TICKET TO THE ITEM. Bring your tags with you, and we will have claim tickets at drop off that you can attach the tag to, then the claim ticket will be attached to the large item.
